• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
• The product received is damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
• Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.
• Refunds are issued in the form of:
• Store credit, or
• Replacement product (preferred), depending on availability.
